W6QYT and W6YX experiments

• Conducted at Stanford University in 1958-1960.

• Found possible LDEs of WWV's carrier on 20 MHz.

• Unfortunately, other time standard stations around the world also use WWV's frequency, and a Hewlett Packard factory in Palo Alto was also found to be radiating RFI on the same frequency.

• Results were never truly conclusive.
